Retreats are necessary. They remind us of who we really are. The retreat is as the exhale; a returning to ourselves, looking inwards and pausing to notice. Our daily lives are full of action. In retreat we take the action into a microcosm, containing the whole in a smaller story. through asana, witnessing the breath, and clearing the mind and we make that the priority of the day and return to that priority often. Retreat is a way to cultivate the soil and plant the seeds so to speak and then life is watching them grow.
I would be honored to practice with you.
