One of my favorite things to do when travelling (which I do often), is to seek out new studios & instructors. It’s a rare occasion to find perfection in both. I did that yesterday evening when I took your 5:45pm class. Beautiful, open space & thoughtful, deliberate intent in practice. I really enjoyed meeting you & taking part in the journey.
