Strength and Flexibility

We will have two sessions a week for four weeks. The first half of the class will be strengthening the different muscle groups and the second half of classes will be focused on stretching and breathing. The class will be concluded with a short meditation to refresh our perspective and presence.

Reflective Writing — An Expression of Self

Independent Writing Practice

Cultivate your sense of purpose through the daily discipline of mantra and writing. This 14-day creative experience will awaken your curiosity and use your unique experiences to better understand yourself and the world around you.

~ Reflective Writing has great writing prompts, a small time commitment for busy people, and an easy way to bring the creative process into your day by suggesting a mantra /affirmation to repeat throughout the day.

~The Compassion Activist Course asks for at least 20 minutes of dedication and the longer, the better. Both courses drop an email into your inbox (and sometimes spam :/) each day 24 hrs after you purchase it, so you always have them and could pace it to suit your schedule.
