Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

Honoring that each individual wants and deserves to be in alignment, balanced, to be satisfied. May all beings be happy and free.

Lokah is where we get the word location.

Samastah means same (equal).

Sukhino Is connected to that word sweetness in the sense that it speaking to that which feels aligned, in the right place, like the hub of the wheel being balanced.

Bhavantu Like the word Bhavana which means divine  mood is speaking to that which is becoming, like an invocation wishing it so.

Settle yourself in a quiet space and repeat the mantra 36 or 108 time using this finger counting technique.
