This two hour workshop will help you unveil your authentic voice. Whether it is cultivating a daily practice, resourced for energy during depressing times or used to calm us in times of stress, this practice will help you foster presence and focus. Through invocations and creative vocalizations, this healing workshop will leave you feeling deeply connected to your voice and heart. It will support your positive impact in the world.

LovingKindness Practice

A 2-3 hour workshop integrating movement (asana), chanting, and meditation which will instill the concepts of LovingKindness into our thoughts, words, and actions. 

Friendliness, compassion, equanimity, and joy are the qualities to cultivate and promote harmony with all our relations. This is a great opportunity to remind ourselves of the importance of intention and devotion to the health and well being of all living beings.
