Yelapa Animal Project

Adoptions through our sister project.

Dana Hutson is one of the most amazing compassionate fierce advocate for animals that I have been honored to know. She is in need of finding furever homes for some of the dogs and cats who would be so very happy in finding a human to love. Please consider adopting. If you are interested in being a part of healing and love, please reach out HERE!

Tigresa is in Yelapa, Mexico with my kindred friend Dana at the Yelapa Animal Project. She is about a year old and was most likely hit by an ATV. She lost movement from her mid torso down. She has a wheelchair which is awesome and necessary for her to get around. She has the great potential to live an active, satisfying life and be the love of some human's life. We want to find her a furever home.

We would love your assistance in finding her the right love and support she needs. Are you someone or do you know someone with capacity and experience to care for a paraplegic dog? Are you interested in fostering?

Watche is one of my favorite cats to cuddle at the project. He purrs like a lion and is fast and curious, but looooves to lounge all day on the bed. He is a little over a year old (May 2022) Inquire here.

The Yelapa Animal Project receives motherless litters of kittens which is so much work on the caregiver who must do the work of the mama cat. Last time I visited I witnessed the hard loving effort Dana put in for the survival and well being of the tiniest baby kittens that hadn’t even opened their eyes yet. Shamana was from a litter with Watche (cat above) She is soft and loves to cuddle. All of the cats are hunters from growing up in the jungle. More info here for serious inquiries.
