Strength and Flexibility


Make a commitment to yourself for the month of March. This 8 session course (which you can drop into any or all) will focus on a balanced practice calling in alignment, vitality, ease, and harmony through a straightforward practice of conditioning and stretching.

Having both strength and flexibility

  • makes our daily activities easier.

  • protects bone and builds muscle

  • decreases risk of injury

  • boosts our energy and can help our mood.

    This course is offered through Zoom.

Tuesday and Thursdays from 7:00-8:00am

If you are unable to come to all sessions, we are here to support you in coming to as many as you can.

We will have 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks. The first half of the class will be strengthening the different muscle groups and the second half of classes will be focused on stretching and breathing. The class will be concluded with a short meditation to refresh our perspective and presence. We will meet via zoom which has the benefits of you not having to go anywhere to practice yet receive support and guidance. Sweethome provides a wealth of information in a playful, fulfilling fashion.

You will be prompted to send an email which will ensure your placement in the course.
